Each of the 4 YMCA Family Branches in Edmonton has a full-size 25m six-lane pool and a shallow warm-water teaching pool. The pools are primarily used by member programming, but are accessible to the public at a variety of times.

- There will always be at least one lane open for lane swimmers during public swimming.
- Children 7 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
- Pool opens 15 minutes after facility opens and closes 15 minutes before facility closes.
